Role: Art direction and design

For their 2014 GAIN conference, AIGA asked Hyperakt to create an identity that would be used across all collateral. Based on the title, Redesigning Commerce, we created a system based on building blocks that could continuously rebuild itself. This system was expanded into environmental graphics, motion and web.

 To experiment warping the text around different shapes, we used a projector and wooden blocks. This allowed us to easily play with different compositions and distortion.
